Prospective Students

This page is for students who want to study at a university or college in the United States.

Before you study at a college or university in the United States, you may need to improve your English. You may need to change your study skills to be successful. You may need to think differently about the United States, the university, English or yourself. In your INTERLINK classes, which are on a university campus, you will meet other INTERLINK students, university students. You may live on your own or live with a US family.
Each class is nine weeks long. This is a short time, but it allows you to learn a lot and helps you to study at the university. The projects you complete in each class help you prepare for the next class. You will study in class and outside of class. You will study with other students and you will study by yourself. You will study reading, writing, speaking, and listening. You will study US culture and you will study how to learn. You will discover many things. You will practice and use what you learn.
Use the buttons above to begin your learning.
